Transfer and Accumulation of Credits (ECTS)

The MSc follows the system of transfer and accumulation of credits that applies to all Higher Education Institutions of the country, and in accordance with the relevant European Commission Directive (2015).

The credit points (ECTS) are a direct function of the workload required to complete the objectives of an academic programme by each student. The workload of each offered course of the MSc corresponds to the time required for the completion of all planned learning activities, such as attendance of deliveries, seminars, independent study, preparation of assignments, practical training, participation in examinations, preparation of the thesis. The workload is valued per semester at thirty (30) ECTS.
